How does the return at Cream Store work?
Within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods, you can return your order. Please register a return with us (e.g. as a form, letter or e-mail. Your return package must be returned to Cream Store within 14 days.

3. Give up your return
Take your parcel to a post office or a shipping service provider of your choice. Keep the returned receipt issued until we confirm your return.
4. Get your refund
After receipt of the package, we will credit the purchase amount within 14 days.
We point to the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods if a declaration is given. The revocation does not require any justification or binding form, so it can be done orally or in text form (e.g. as a form, letter or e-mail). The goods must be returned to Cream Store within 14 days.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the postage costs are to be borne by yourself and will not be refunded. All items from the SALE are excluded from exchange. The returns goods must be in the original state. This means that all labels (orginally attached) must be present. The goods must be unworn and undamaged.
Undercutting of the “Free Shipping” threshold
In the case of returns, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs. For example, if the value of your order minus the return shipping costs falls below the shipping free shipping limit.
Example: In Austria and Germany, shipping is free of charge from an order of 100 €. If you order two items in one order for €50 each and you return one of them, we reserve the right to return the €50 minus the shipping costs.

If possible, encompute the delivery note when you place your order and mark what you return. This helps us process your return.
As soon as your return has arrived, we check it and process it usually within 3-7 working days. We will then refund the purchase amount to your account or via Paypal (depending on your chosen payment method).
We have no influence on the shipping times of the return to us and the bank terms of the remittance to you. This will of course extend the time until your refund arrives. You will receive an email from us as soon as we have processed your return.
Complaint and warranty
A complaint is possible if the reasons for this are comprehensible/justified by our Customer Service.
If you would like to return the goods, as this is a delivery error or damage to your parcel or the goods, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please understand that the processing time varies depending on the manufacturer. On average, this is at least 4-6 weeks
In the event of justified complaints, the product will be repaired, if possible. Otherwise, the product will be replaced. If the same product is no longer available, you will receive a credit or voucher.
Attention: The warranty is based on the regulations of the respective manufacturer.
Returns of orders as part of a promotion
Promotions & Promotions Please note that when you return your item purchased from us as part of a promotion, the promotion will be void. This means that the entitlement to the free item or to the savings is forfeited.
Promotional vouchers Please keep in mind that a promotional voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part. Furthermore, some promotional vouchers are only valid within the specified period and within the scope of the associated promotion.
